Residential Development in Tottenham, London

We are pleased to showcase a residential development project in Tottenham, London. Originally a lock-up garage site comprising 30 garages belonging to the adjacent block of flats in a cul-de-sac, the site was split and sold with planning permission for a small development. The finished properties feature neutral tones and modern specifications, providing a contemporary and appealing living space. One of the main challenges we faced was soil contamination. Despite the contamination being confined to a small area, it necessitated the decontamination of the entire site to ensure safety and compliance.

Enfield, London N21

Luxury New Build Development

We are proud to showcase our new build development for a private client in a highly sought-after Winchmore Hill area of N.London

This prestigious project involved the construction of two detached six-bedroom properties, each featuring a range of luxurious amenities. Key features include:

- Basement carports

- Swimming pools

- Gym facilities

- Open-plan games room with a bar area

- Internal lift providing access from the basement to the second floor

The second floor houses three beautifully designed bedrooms in the roof space. Each bedroom is complemented by an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in dressing room. The master bedroom boasts a walk-out balcony with stunning views of the rear patio and garden, enhancing the luxurious living experience. This development exemplifies our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and sophisticated design in every project we undertake.

Stoke Newington, London N16

Repurposing of an old factory into six duplex apartments and constructing three new build three-bedroom mews houses, creating a total of nine residential units. 

Key aspects of this development include:

- Maintaining finishes in line with the local Stokey aesthetic, featuring classic Victorian elements.

- Incorporating sustainable energy efficiency measures, such as solar panels to provide energy for all properties, including communal and external lighting, and rainwater storage solutions.

- Installing bat boxes to support local wildlife.

We proudly present our transformation of a former World War II parachute factory, which had been abandoned and in a derelict state for several decades. Tucked away in a secluded mews behind a residential road and near Abney Park, this site is close to the trendy Church Street in Stoke Newington, North London. The main challenges of this project involved innovative construction methodologies to navigate the tight mews access. Creative solutions were essential to address issues with heavy machinery access, material logistics, and waste disposal. Despite these challenges, we successfully programmed a practical work schedule and efficient project timeline, ensuring the project's completion. This development exemplifies our ability to blend historical preservation with modern sustainability and creative problem-solving in construction.

The Depot, Watford, WD24

Redevelopment of Former Bus Garage

The development comprises two separate blocks of flats:

- The main block houses 14 flats.

- The side block accommodates 7 flats.

Located in Watford, Hertfordshire, this project involved the transformation of a derelict former bus garage that had sat vacant and unused for years. The site presented significant challenges, with collapsed roofs and remnants of steel frames serving as reminders of its neglected past.

A major challenge of this project was meeting the planning authorities' requirement to retain the external front and side facades while incorporating new development. Successfully navigating this requirement involved constructing the new build part behind the existing facades, a task accomplished through innovative engineering and architectural design.

Additionally, there are five ground-floor commercial office spaces, split between the two blocks.The flats offer a variety of layouts, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units with open-plan kitchen living spaces. This project showcases our ability to revitalize neglected spaces and deliver innovative solutions that respect both heritage and contemporary design requirements.

The Park, Mill Hill, London NW7

Exclusive Gated Development

- Three five-bedroom and one four-bedroom detached houses.

- A block of flats comprising four three-bedroom units and a penthouse on the top floor.

We are excited to present an exclusive gated development consisting of a mix of detached houses and luxury flats. Situated on a large plot that previously housed a single detached property surrounded by grounds adjacent to a public park, this development has transformed the area.

Spanning alongside the A41 dual carriageway on one side and a residential road on the other, the site presented unique challenges, including its sloping terrain. Extensive earth removal was necessary to level the development zone, along with the construction of engineered retaining walls to support the higher grounds.

The properties boast delightful high-end finishes and amenities, including:

- Car charging facilities.

- Automated electric gated vehicle entrances.

- Communal gardens.

- Sustainable features such as water storage and solar panels.

This project showcases our commitment to delivering premium, sustainable living spaces while overcoming complex construction challenges.
