This required meticulous planning and timing of external cladding and insulation works.

The timing coincided with the Grenfell disaster, prompting a reassessment of insulation details. New specifications mandated a thicker insulation, resulting in changes to the overall facade design. Although this revision led to additional costs and delays in the works programme, it ensured compliance with enhanced safety standards.
